S3 is for those seeking a personal practice that honours both body and mind. This curriculum includes exploration of the chakra system, embodiment of transformative breathwork, and expansive education for both personal and professional growth.
The Saraswati Method is for women who have already experienced transformation and are looking for a deeper level of embodiment and evolution. Rooted in Balinese and Yogic traditions, this self-paced sadhana honours Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom, creativity, and speech…reminding us that true wisdom is not only learned, but lived.
